1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

ParseFlow is a document parsing and processing application that provides the following services:

• Intelligent parsing of PDF, images, and other document formats
• Document content extraction and conversion
• Table, formula, and image recognition
• Support for multiple output formats

1.2 Service Tiers

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: 5 files per day, maximum 5 pages per file, 2MB file size limit
• Premium (Monthly): 500 files per day, maximum 600 pages per file, 200MB file size limit
• Premium (Annual): Same limits as monthly subscription, with annual discount pricing

2. Account and Registration

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete device information to create an account
• You may optionally provide username, email, and other information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account
• You may not share your account with others

2.2 Account Usage Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent to use the service
• One device can only be associated with one account
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Purchase

• All subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription prices are as displayed in the App Store
• Prices may vary by region and currency exchange rates

3.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Renewal charges will be deducted from your Apple account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in iOS Settings

3.3 Refund Policy

• All subscription purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store
• We do not directly process refund requests
• Refund policy follows Apple's standard refund policy
• For subscription issues, please contact us through in-app feedback first

3.4 Free Trials

• We may periodically offer free trial periods
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions after the trial period ends
• Cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue
• Each user is eligible for one free trial only

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use ParseFlow for:

• Personal document processing and learning
• Business document processing (Premium subscription required)
• Educational and research purposes

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload illegal, infringing, malicious, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests to the service (crawlers, bots, etc.)
• Attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or modify the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service
• Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Resell, distribute, or commercialize our service
• Circumvent usage limits or quotas

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

• All content, features, code, and design of ParseFlow are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
• ParseFlow trademarks and logos are our property
• You may not use our intellectual property without authorization

5.2 Your Content

• Documents you upload remain your property
• You grant us the necessary rights to process your uploaded documents
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• Your documents are automatically deleted after processing

5.3 Output Content

• Output content generated through ParseFlow processing belongs to you
• You are free to use, modify, and distribute the processed content
• You must ensure that use of the output content complies with laws and regulations

6. Privacy and Data

6.1 Data Collection

Our collection and use of your data strictly follows our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Data Security

• We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Uploaded documents are automatically deleted after processing
• We do not use your data for unauthorized purposes

6.3 Data Deletion

• You may request deletion of your account and data at any time
• Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days
• Some data may need to be retained due to legal requirements

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time
• We will attempt to provide advance notice of significant changes
• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of changes

7.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engagement in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities
• Long-term inactivity (over 2 years)
• As required by law or regulation

7.3 Consequences of Termination

• After account termination, you will lose access to the service
• Paid subscription fees may not be refunded
• Your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• ParseFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee the service will be completely error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Parsing result accuracy may vary based on document quality

8.2 Result Accuracy

• We strive to provide accurate parsing results but do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• You should verify parsing results for important documents yourself
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of parsing results

8.3 Third-Party Services

• Our service may rely on third-party providers
• We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use of the service
• Content you upload or share

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

• First, we encourage resolving any disputes through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in the service provider's location

11.3 Arbitration

For certain disputes, parties may agree to resolve through arbitration. Arbitration awards are final and binding on both parties.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

12.3 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12.4 Assignment

• You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement
• We may assign this agreement upon notice to you

12.5 Language

These Terms of Service are provided in both Chinese and English. In case of conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.

13. Terms Updates

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time
• Significant changes will be notified through in-app notifications or email
• Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting
• Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms
• If you disagree with updates, please stop using the service and delete your account

14. Special Terms

14.1 Educational Discounts

We may offer special pricing for educational institutions. Specific terms are subject to separate agreements.

14.2 Enterprise Services

Enterprise customers may be subject to different terms of service. Please contact us for enterprise service options.

14.3 API Access

API access is subject to separate API terms of service. Unauthorized API use is prohibited.
